My cars transmission overheated in construction traffic. I called AAA for a tow. The driver called to make sure where we were at. He made it in about 15 minutes. Preston was very nice and helpful. He explained where the Ford dealer was and other good mechanics.. Definitely use them again.
I rarely leave a review but I had such exceptional service. American Muffler and Towing saved my life because my truck steering wheel decided to lock up on me in the middle of nowhere and I was 2 hours from civilization. So, I called for a tow and they were out there within a vary short time. I believe it was the owner/manager whom I dealt with. He was very helpful and had useful suggestions about my truck. He explained to me that I would need to order a new ignition key to unlock the wheel. Then when it came time to picking up my truck, he went out of his way to and had multiple keys made for me. I just want to say thank you, thank you for going the extra mile and making my bad situation much easier to deal with. I will definitely be using your service again and I highly recommend them to others because service was prompt, excellent and very professional.
My son and I were driving cross country to take his truck to Ohio before he deploys had a fuel pump go out. These guys fixed the fuel pump, but noticed the alternate belt was loose, and tigtighted it. As I went to settle the bill the boss said your part, our plesure, thank my son for his service, be safe, no charge. Made me proud to a veteran! Thank you guys.
